I am pretty sure we have finally lost everyone except for us two.

Maybe the WSOP will generate some renewed interest if things go right.

Cool. I have been trying to workout more myself. Maybe I should check out some of the fitness sites.

What are you trying to do? Gain muscle, lose fat?

Mostly onto gaining muscle now. I am about 5'8" and weigh about 149 ponuds, so that is where I want to be on the fat lose side (I just got done with that part. I was up to 185 three years ago).

I mostly want to gain strength now, not necessarily bulk up to much.

I belong to a full gym. I usually go over and work out on my lunch hours. I play basketball with a bunch of other guys from work, but i try to lift 2 to 3 times a weeks. I mostly do upper body stuff, like benching, curls, stuff like that. I do a little bit of lower body stuff as well, but not as much as not being that tall, I am trying to avoind that thick leg, stocky look.

Well, nice to see some conversation here, Ha ha, I guess I'll participate in your thread.

My workout, involves rolling over from my left side to my right, lifting myself off the toilet.

At 5 11 and 375 pounds, I want to make sure I maintain my FAT SLOB look.

I guess I've outlived my usefulness, but thanks for posting on the site.

You haven't outlived anything Adam. You still have TONS of knowledge to share about many things, like poker, military history, and bears!

Well, that is nice to hear. I wish I could somehow help you, for your loyalty.

But, just like a used Q tip, I have been discarded.

I mean, you can't really blame the members, now that poker is like uh virtually unbeatable, why keep rehashing all the issues thereof?

The rigging has gotten so bad, it's like they are not even trying to hide it.

And people think that Florida is going to be their salvation, HA!

Poker: 1830 -2005, RIP my friend.

(title of an article I have been wanting to write)

The rigging is out of hand. It has gotten really bad lately. I almost don't think that any of the online site are legit anymore. I have taken more crazy beats lately that is possible and it is sickining.
