uuhm typicall foods of the netherlands...

in the winter:

hutspot: a thick stew from potatos, unions, carrots served with meat
erwtensoep: a this soup with green peas, smoked sausage, potatos, bacon and unions.

in the winter we have more thick stews with f.e. endive, or kale, but most of the meals are just vegetables, potatos and meat, pretty simple.
we don't really have dutch summer dishes that i know of. i will ask my girlfriend if she knows any more if she comes over.

uh, that's OK!

To Most American's SCRAPPLE is a horrible thing that few would ever eat.

Kind of a regional thing.

If I win the WSOP, I'll come there and try it.
