Adam,

Have you heard about Rush poker on full tilt? You play in a giant pool of players and as soon as you choose to fold you hand (even if it is before your turn) they immediately take you to a new table with 8 other random opponents who just folded their hands at whatever table they were at. The blinds are paid by whoever was the last people to pay them and you are basically playing against a new pool of opponents every hand. You can easily play 150 hands an hour in this format. I would love to get your thoughts on this format of play and whether or not you would suggest playing it or not. Thanks Adam (or others if you have thoughts as well).

First of all, let me again say that I am very grateful that you are here
Perhaps you could find some time to write to some members, ask them to stop by.

Well, this really is a GREAT question. And, I would love to answer it. But, when I attempted to look into this, it would not let me change my lobby view! Just frozen there!

And, in my world, I have ZERO patience for things that don't work.

Would NOT let me change lobby view.

I HATE that as well. There is very little that is more frustrating than that.

Since my last post, I have tried that format at the $10 max buy in NL Hold em table to try it out. After getting us to the format, it definitely seems to me that there is money to made at playing this way, at least at the small limits. There are so many donks that are playing this, if you just play real tight and fold all your non-premium hands for the most part (which is easy to do since the speed of play is so fast) it seems like you could do well. I played two sessions so far of about an hour each (not much to get a great grasp, but I do have a feel for it now) and doubled my buy in both times.

Ok, continuing

It seems to me that that would be very confusing, and since you still have to play on more than one table (with the switching) Why not just play on multi tables, and not worry about switching?

I think it's a bad execution of a good idea. And, I 'd just like to see stricter rules regarding how much time you have to act on a hand. If someone is taking habitually 10-15-20 seconds to make a simple check or bet, then this should NOT be allowed!

I would make a program, where you have FIVE seconds (with better betting bar options) and if you do'nt bet, it's an automatic check. Same for calling. Especially in limit. It should not take a person long to decide whether or not they are calling a six or a twenty dollar bet.

The fact is, that they give WAY too much time to act.

Also, why should there be like five seconds between hands? Let them speed THIS up too.

My idea? Well sorry, but after Frito Lay, AND arrowhead water both used my ideas (back when I had a vending machine route, and went to tradeshows) WITHOUT compensation, or even recognition. If the sites want expert ideas, let them pay me.

I love your ideas. I totally agree with you. The people who ALWAYS take 20 seconds to act on a small simple bet do not deserve to have that much time.

BTW, I never knew you had a vending route. I was always interested in that business. Too bad the big guys went and stole your ideas.
