I have a goal for around June-ish. I'd like to make a net of 20k from grinding the $26 45 mans/scheduled tourneys on FTP (while preparing myself for my first event next june). In addition, I would like to satellite into at least two events.

When ever you get a spare moment, you can just sharkscope me (RVDBU) on tilt.

Also, I never had poker tracker (cake didn't allow PT), but once my friend gets back from vaca, i'm gonna get him to set it up for me so that I can post any interesting hands that come along the way.

Becuase it will take him like 15 minutes and he can explain everything as we go, so I do not have to read/learn by myself which might take much longer.

Well, they certainly are NOT a source of information, for ME

But then, neither is ANY place, since I already know everything.

Perhaps there might be something, but then if there is

THE CHANCES ARE THAT THE PERSON POSTING IT, JUST LEARNED IT FROM ME, N'EST PAS?

Less you forget who you are dealing with here ADAM THE EXPERT.

If you will continue to help us here, within a couple months we can have (realizticly) 30-40 ACTIVE posters

So, please continue to do so.

You are respected and apprectated and if you want your own section, lemme know.

P.S. now, about what I sent in the message . . . .

yeah sorry I bought the phone card but i'm not ready for the call because i am taking a little break from playing after a big losing session (i lost $704 at $2/$4 limit in a single session) and i want to talk to you when i am back in the swing of things. with a loss like that i'm sure you understand its hard to take, i have to be mentally prepared when i play and when i am thinking about winning or losing i can't focus and think logically. i'd like to be able to hit the tables right after i talk to you, feeling invigorated n whatnot. give me a few days, we will definitely talk before the end of the month, i promise.

Wesrmen: You were so right, ridiclously easy to set up, but the only problem is that i'm running Vista. Apparently there is a trick to it. You have to run both programs as adminstrator for the hands to actually save, which is also ridiculously easy, but took forever for me to figure out haha.

Adam: I used to read a lot 2+2, but i stopped like a year ago, so much of the discussion is standard. For now I stick to you of course =), my friend from Boston who plays a lot of live cash, and Skilled_sox from Pstars (HU SNG high stakes and good friend of mine).

As for my job, i basically won the WSOP of aerospace engineering, I got a job as a NASA sub-contracter. System integration engineering, my team is responsible for the positioning of the solar arrays on the International Space Station. Pretty ballin' </excitement>

Just wanted to say, holy shit, variance at multi tables is sick. I reviewed a lot of the hands that were questionable with my friend who plays a lot of tourneys, and apparently i'm making very few mistakes, but shit holy shit lol.

So it's the end of october, ran above average i believe.

September: ~+$1150 (Before I had PT)
October: ~+$2550 after lik 280 games (Not including rake/bonus)

So at the moment, I'm just about on track for the quest. We'll see how things pan out.

Adam will demand to see bank statements before he will believe this is true. Razz

Updates:

HippoDonk account has been deleted, have gone back to playing on RVDBU.

Getting close to half way mark (thanks to my MTT placements)!! About $9.5k after rakeback/bonuses/money i won before PT (~$8.3k in PT, almost $500 in RB and bonuses, the rest was made before PT)
